In 1967, Dale B. Dir had the vision to start his own financial services firm now known as One Strategic Capital, Incorporated. Seeing a niche opportunity to provide services for business owners in the corporate and high net worth marketplace, Dale focused his attention on the areas of executive benefits, business strategies for managing financial assets, and succession and charitable structures
Using unique and cutting edge strategies, products, and concepts that he developed and tested, he created a host of proprietary techniques and products that have proven successful over the long term. He also recognized the value of creating relationships founded on trust and integrity. Dale’s commitment to his clients has generated relationships with clients who have trusted him for nearly half a century. Dale not only helped his clients create structure, but lived it out by passing businesses to each of his three sons.
One Strategic Capital has represented many financial institutions and Dale has been recognized as an industry leader and as a top producer, consultant, speaker, and manager. Yet Dale did not rest on his laurels. Under his leadership, One Strategic Capital continued to adapt strategies and techniques to meet the demands of constantly changing financial markets.
With a passion for helping business owners, Dale not only founded One Strategic Capital, he also created other firms including Executive Programming, Executive Capital Advisors, plus many other business startups, including a community bank. Dale is involved in many charitable organizations and also he serves on the board of directors for several organizations.
After passing the reins of running OSC’s day-to-day operations to his son Shane, Dale spends his time managing the needs of his many clients, meeting his board obligations, sharing his expertise speaking at financial industry conventions and annual meetings. He continues to run several organizations on a daily basis.
Dale and his wife Billie currently live on Bainbridge Island, Washington where they welcome their children and grandchildren.
One Strategic Capital and its subsidiaries are independent of Triad.
